In this class I have learned important things about how various programs work.
One of these things is a proper way to write an Email. Before this class I was not aware that there was a formal style to making Emails. I thought that Emails could be as informal as you want. Apparently if it's an important Email, it should be as formal as sending a letter.I also learned the separate areas of a typed paper, thanks to when we were told about how to work with Open Office's 'Writer', which is essentially a more complex version of Word.
I also now know how to put text into columns. I'm not 100% sure about where and when I would need to do that, but I know how, so I can if it ever comes up.
